Teresa Rooney

I have lived here in Ojai since I was 16, which was longer ago than I usually care to admit.  I've traveled a good deal too, and that has made me even more grateful for the blessing of being able to live in this magnificent valley.  I began representing buyers and sellers in the Ojai Valley almost 30 years ago.  Being a Realtor here is also a wonderful privelege.  I meet and am able to help a lot of very lovely people who have either loved Ojai as I do or who are about to fall under the valley's wonderful spell for their first time.

Ojai Valley real estate transactions are about home and magic and about business too.  Having been actively involved in this business for as long as I have, has given me extensive experience and insight into the dynamics, the opportunities and the unique aspects of the Ojai Real Estate market.  The first sale of my career was a little house that sold for $43,500 to a first time home buyer who really had to stretch to make the purchase.  They still own the property today, and they are delighted with their investment as well as with their decision to make the Ojai Valley their home.

In terms of today's values, I continue to be involved in transactions of all sizes and values.  Whether you are interested in buying or selling a home of 10 or 15 acres or more, or one in a neighborhood, income property, commercial or vacant land, several millions of dollars or under one million, I have the knowledge, skills and experience to make your dreams a reality.

Amanda Zollver/Stanworth

Amanda Zollver/Stanworth, Teresa's daughter and partner grew up in Ojai and in real estate.  She has always known that she wanted to sell real estate.  After graduation from Nordhoff High School, in 1995, Amanda attended Ventura College and took business, accounting and real estate courses.  In addition, she worked full time as a secretary and studied for her real estate license.  Amanda has been licensed since 1999.  She has a zest for life, a love for real estate and in particular the Ojai Valley.  Amanda finds joy in her work.  Amanda's customers are always commenting on the excellent quality of service they receive from Amanda as well as her dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism.
